We respond to client inquiries within one business day (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST).

Urgent matters will be prioritized, with same-day responses whenever possible.

We will communicate via your preferred method — phone, email, or virtual meeting — and provide regular status updates on your booking.
3. Planning & Coordination

Once we begin working together, you will receive a custom travel proposal outlining itinerary, inclusions, pricing, and any available group perks.

Upon your approval, we will secure reservations, manage all vendor communications, and coordinate timelines for a seamless experience.

You will receive a detailed itinerary and, for corporate groups, a cutover-style execution plan to keep all trip elements on track.
4. Fees & Payments

Any professional planning fees will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Cruise fares and supplier payments will be processed directly through trusted vendors for security and accuracy.

All fees are non-refundable, as they cover our time, expertise, and coordination.
5. Changes & Cancellations

We will assist with changes or cancellations in accordance with the cruise line’s policies.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
